Remember to bring ID to the festival, and student-ID if you bought tickets with the student discount. You can not bring beverages or camera equipment to the festival site.

There are free busses from the city center to Fløyahallen. The bus leaves from dock number 8, close to the restaurant Yonas. The bus leaves every 15 minutes after the first bus at 7:45 pm, or as soon as it is full.

From Fløyahallen the bus will leave every 15. Minutes. At the end of the concert, the buses run continuously until everyone is in the city center.

You can not park your car at Fløyahallen.

You can switch your ticket into a bracelet when you get to the festival area, it’s a good idea to count in some extra time for this the first day.

On the festival area there will be a staffed wardrobe, it will cost 30 NOK.

Casa Inferno and Burgr will be there to sell food.

We’re selling both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in the bars.

It’s possible to buy tickets at the festival, but we recommend to buy them in advance. You can buy tickets here: http://bit.ly/winterland19

Lost and found things can be picked up in the arena:

  • Saturday 12am to 2pm
  • Sunday 12am to 2pm

Sunday at 2pm the remaining lost and found will be delivered to the police in Tromsø.

Doors open at 8pm both days.

You have to be 18 or older to attend Winterland.
